Sue Me, I Dare You.

Let’s see, Mulroney sued the Canadian Government, Robert Thibault- a Liberal MP from Halifax, and Pat Martin an NDP MP from Winnipeg.

Me on the other hand, I have published countless blog posts about the Airbus circumstances, sent copies of my posts directly to Mulroney and whomever else I named in those public statements and yet, not one single action was ever taken against me, except for the RCMP national security division threatening my safety and Al Sheppard telling me that they will take care of Chrétien and that I should leave him alone.

Mulroney could have applied to Google to have my posts removed pending legal actions.

Didn’t happen.

He could have filed charges against me under the criminal code.

He hasn’t.

He did however call me a criminal but, in my defence, I didn’t do anything more than an undercover agent might have done in order to gain the confidence of the subjects one would presumably be investigating.

For example, in Vancouver when I infiltrated the RCMP’s Heroine squad to determine what they knew about the guys that were killing prostitutes on the Vancouver East-side, this was a life changing moment for me when I realized that they let the carnage continue.

But later, Stevie Cameron came around and wrote two books about the murders and in the process, made the RCMP smell like a spring chickens.

She got a million dollars from the RCMP for her trouble, and she got the royalties for her book.

And I’m the criminal?

As a TD Banker acquaintance of mine once said of Mulroney, he’s a fucking thief.

I’ve been through one hell of a ride investigating circumstances swirling around Mulroney.

It started with one employee of the registrar of companies in the Isle of Man, telling me that Brian Mulroney was involved in at least one company that we had identified as a conduit in our own case, where the procedds of $340 million dollars worth of assets had been swindled.

Then, it didn’t take long for us to realize that the RCMP had screwed up in their Airbus case, and that our complaint would have been embarrassing for the force.

So, they engaged in obstructing their own Airbus case and discrediting our claims to protect their mistakes.

Then came the infamous day when terrorists flew planes into the World Trade Center and the Pentagon.

Before the first building collapsed, I was getting calls from individuals with ties to the intelligence community telling me that I should be careful, as these attacks are likely related to the matters I was investigating…

I thought they were nuts.

But then, I remembered my call to the Vancouver RCMP’s financial crime division with Sgt. Bennington. I was advising in July and August of 2001 that weird liquidations were taking place in Isle of Man entities related to our case. I remember clearly stating to Bennington that this was all very unusual and precipitated.

While he seemed to take all of this with a grain of salt, he suddenly surprised me, and said that he would assign Sgt. Fozard to my claims, and that he scheduled a phone meeting for the 11th of September 2001, at 09:00.

What a fucking coincidence.

It was then that I had no choice but to find the connection between our case and the terrorist attacks.

Eventually, The Senate’s Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations- Chaired by Sen. Carl Levine of Michigan, investigated Riggs Bank, the parent company of Riggs-Valmet in the Isle of Man, where my clients proceeds from the sale of the company’s assets were laundered.

This, following claims that I initiated, alleging that financing for the attacks were handled from Riggs Bank accounts through Isle of Man entities that we were monitoring in our own case.

I raise the issues regarding Augusto Pinochet, and the committee found that the bank facilitated cash withdrawals for the general, It was also determined that funds were also transferred to some of the individuals that flew the planes on the day of the attacks through accounts of the wife of the Saudi Ambassador to Washington.

I mentioned that the date of the attacks coincided with the date that Augusto Pinochet  conducted a successful Coup-d’État and killed Dr Allende.

Years later I would find out that my investigative product served as a primary source of information for the committee.

And this isn’t the half of it yet.

Eventually our inquiries led us to a Liechtenstein banker named Engelbert Schreiber Sr., a dubious banker with ties to South American drug cartels as well as terrorism financing.

But I wasn’t ready for what happen next.

E. Schreiber was actually the guy that was retained by Airbus Industries to handle secret commissions to be paid to former Prime Minister of Canada, Brian Mulroney. -According to Jules Kroll then CEO of Kroll Inc., the parent company of Kroll Canada, a company retained by the RCMP in the Airbus investigation.

I advised the Office of Prime minister Harper of the evidence we had uncovered along with our concerns of terrorism affiliations, since Mulroney was a senior advisor to the Prime Minister.

Notwithstanding the fact that it was now clear that just about everyone assumed wrongfully that Karlheinz Schreiber was the guy…

It was through communication with German authorities that I was able to establish that the million dollars or so that Karlheinz assumed his accountant had stolen, was in fact funds ordered to be sent out to Mulroney by Engelbert Schreiber’s office.

Coincidently, Karlheinz and Pelosi shared office space with Engelbert Schreiber Sr.

I am told that it took less than an hour after my declarations, for Harper to call a press conference and announce that he would appoint a Royal Commission of Inquiry in the dealings between Brian Mulroney and Karlheinz Schreiber.

And yet there is more to come.

Eventually, I found out that entities used in the Isle of Man, in the Yukos Oil matters, were operated by the same guy that was responsible for the scheme where my clients’ $340 million dollars worth of assets, turned into cash scam, Peter Michael Bond.

While this wasn’t surprising, what eventually came into focus was that the arbitration process was led by Yves Fortier, a partner of Brian Mulroney…

I would have loved to have a conversation with former Prime Minister Jean Chrétien and asked if he had discussed that in his one on one meeting with Putin.

In retrospect, this is what the Prime Minister’s Office is aware of since at least 2007, and through renewed calls for a commission of inquiry into the matters with Justin Trudeau.

More to the point however, David Johnston was also privy to that information, yet he decided to call the Airbus case well-tilled grounds.

By doing so Johnston obstruct the administration of justice, with the complicity of the RCMP and others.

Today in the aftermath of the Yukos oil debacle, where Vladimir Putin tried to appropriate 50 billion dollars, it isn’t clear what role the failure of Russia to steal the money had to do with Putin’s decision to invade Ukraine.

The timeline of the invasion correlates with the various legal wranglings in the Yukos Oil litigation, an arbitration process led by Brian Mulroney’s partner.

Throughout this ordeal, the most damaging interference had to be the reporting of Stevie Cameron and Harvey Cashore of the CBC’s Fifth Estate.

A friend of mine in the RCMP suggested I give my 1995 complaint to Cashore and the Vancouver inspector obliged of my request.

I handed the files to Cashore, but I didn’t know at the time that he and Cameron were aware of the Telluride real estate deal.

Cameron didn’t seem aware that I had given my files to Cashore until I told her.

As I write this, David Johnston still thinks that he can conduct hearings in the election interference matters, when it is clear that his commitment, is to save his own legacy and not the best interests of all Canadians.

David Johnston is compromised and if you want to take me to court, well, let’s dance.

I dedicate this post to Robert Thibault- former Liberal Member of Parliament and Pat Martin, also a former member of parliament for the New Democratic Party.

These men- Canadian heroes, were the only two individuals with the courage to stand for what is right and true.

We owe them a debt of gratitude.
