Did David Johnston push the world on the brink of a nuclear conflict?

Tuesday, May 30, 2023

Who, for one second, would have the delusion to claim that the former Governor General of Canada would be instrumental in obstructing justice and then, as years go by, inadvertently lead geopolitical circumstances into a nuclear threat?

Likely, Johnston had no clue.

It isn’t like the Royal Canadian Mounted Police officers on the case would even consider such either. After all, blinded by their own vested interests and a shit-load of cash, who cares…

By the time they finally figured out that their top intelligence consultant had lost faith in the mandate of the force, he too went for the cash.

The payouts didn’t start there, first came the CBC Fifth Estate journalists and their alumni.

Harvey Cashore got a book deal where he masterfully wrote a book about how the truth was, well, absent in his story.

Stevie Cameron on the other hand was handed out a research grant of one million dollars by a University of New Brunswick department that was funded in part by, wait for it, the RCMP.

For good measure a retired Chief Justice of the tax court even got offed off along with his wife and their visiting neighbor.

This is the story of Isle of Man shell companies and a Liechtenstein banker-sued for having had a role in the financing of the 9/11 attacks, that facilitated the transfer of illicit commissions to a former Prime Minister of Canada whom was on first name basis with most of the world’s dictators, and two current former President of the United States, The Right Hon. Brian Martin Mulroney.

Let’s break down the beginnings:

.1-      1988

A small Vancouver company called Allied Cellular Systems Limited went public on the Vancouver Stock Exchange. The company was to invest in the development of cellular network in the United States.

In fact, Allied was the desperate hail Mary pass of one former CIA operative named Lee Gilson Lovett, a Washington D.C. attorney that has illegally solicited investments in the F.C.C. lottery process that awarded cellular licences to unsophisticated investors.

When the Securities and Exchange Commission got wind of it, Lovett was on the receiving end of a consent decree where one condition was to disinvest himself from all his cellular holdings. Ergo why Allied was formed.

Douglas R. Casey,  a former close associate and best friend of Lovett, was collaborating with our efforts until the time when his step mother, Betty Brown Casey, was the target of an assassination plot, and her Mercedes exploded in the Washington DC suburb of  Potomac with her in it. She somehow survived because of the excellent engineering of the manufacturer.

During that same period, I was asked at gun point to go for a drive while I was in Vancouver for meetings with Gerry Hallischuck, of the British Columbia Securities Commission.

As it would turn out, that is when I was first advised that we apparently had friends…

Because of my close working relationship with Doug Casey and what had just happened to his father’s 3rd wife, it was wise to accept any support.

.2-      1991.

At the request of Allied’s Directors, Mrs. Beverly Commissaris, Douglas R Casey, Steven de Jaray and other directors, I was asked to determine how much money was diverted away from the company and where it went.

De Jaray would later be the target of an investigation whereas it was alleged that he sold restricted computer chips to China.

At the time however, Steven was the owner of a company that supplied gas detectors to the American Navy fleet.

De Jaray’s close ties to Casey and Lovett raised concerns about his own ties to the intelligence community.

.3-      1992-93.

I reported that in excess of $340 million US of assets were hidden from  Allied’s financial statements and that such properties were sold. The proceeds of the various transactions diverted to various Isle of Man shell entities.

.4-      1995.

As a formal petition was filed with the British Columbia Superior Courts on behalf of certain minority shareholders of Allied, we found that the attorney for the shareholders- Mr. George E. H. Cadman K.C. of the then firm Boughton, Petersen, Yang and Anderson in Vancouver, deliberately and knowingly associated himself with Allied Cellular Systems’ American subsidiary’s lawyers- Christensen, White Miller Fink.

Because of such developments, I took it upon myself to file a complaint with the RCMP’s “E” Division in Vancouver.

The complaint laid bare, all of the entities used by Lee Lovett in the Isle of man, as well as the nominee secretary, a man called Peter Michael Bond.

Later, Bond became the trustee for the Russian oil giant Yukos oil after Vladimir Putin jailed its CEO – Mikhail Khodorkovsky, and the interim CEO - Stephen Curtis, mysteriously died in a helicopter crash.

Bond started his career as a cab driver if you can believe that before he started selling his entrepreneurial soul to a CIA bank, Riggs Bank.

While Bond was charged in the Unites States, a confidential deal was reached whereas Bond would spill the beans in return for his freedom.

This, according to New York Times journalist Timothy O’Brien in a phone interview.

These are the circumstances I landed in when all I was trying to do, is find where the 4 million dollars that Allied had in its treasury, went.

In 1997, in a meeting with Isle of Man employees of the Registrar of Companies, at the end of the discussion, I was amazed at the types of individuals that did business in the Isle of Man.

My counter-part, out of the blue, intimated that it was nothing what I knew, people like former England Prime Ministers John Majors and Margaret Thatcher, as well as President Bush Sr and former Prime Minister of Canada Brian Mulroney all had interests in various entities…

I brushed it off since I never met an honest politician and, we had a source inside Brian Mulroney’s law firm, Ogilvy, Renaud in Montreal, I already knew about Mulroney.

Now let me get to the part when David Johnston began his career has an inadvertent terrorism facilitator and nuclear conflict instigator.

The Jules Kroll interview:

Jules Kroll was the CEO of Kroll Inc., parent of Kroll Canada a consulting firm hired by the RCMP in the Airbus Case.

A few years before, on the phone with officials of Kroll Inc., I asked if they had any comments on their hiring of Jock Ferguson, a former Der Spiegel journalist and former Fifth Estate contributor.

Ferguson was the one that initially broke the Airbus secret commissions and recruited both Stevie Cameron and eventually Harvey Cashore of the CBC’s Fifth Estate.

However, according to New York financial journalist Lucy Komissar, a New York relative of a CBC executive in Toronto actually had put the CBC on Mulroney’s track.

Regardless, my concerns was that Kroll Inc., through its subsidiary Kroll Canada, was retained by the RCMP to do international investigations in the Airbus case and that as such, hiring Jock Ferguson was likely a conflict of journalistic principals not to mention a potential obstruction of justice.

That’s when Jules Kroll made it clear that Ferguson was not in a position of conflict since he had no clue as to whom had handled commissions paid to Mulroney and others.

They had the wrong Schreiber, the guy was Engelbert Schreiber Sr., a man later being sued in New York state for having had a role in the financing of the 9/11 hijackers…

To which I replied that the only reason why Kroll would likely hire the guy was because they knew that Ferguson had the right Schreiber.

Kroll seemed relieved of having that off his chest.

That is when I wrote to the PMO and advised Stephen Harper that the CBC had the wrong Schreiber.

That Engelbert Schreiber was the banker that funnelled illicit payments to Brian Mulroney in the Airbus case, and that in fact, Engelbert Schreiber Sr., was being sued in New York state by the succession of my good friend former FBI agent John O’Neil, for his role in the financing of the 9/11 attacks.

I am told that it was my work that forced Stephen Harper to call for the appointment of a Royal Commission.

And then David Johnston called the RCMP’s Airbus investigation “well tilled grounds”…

Son of a bitch.

I suspect that as a result of his role in avoiding the Airbus facts, David Johnston was rewarded with being appointed Governor General of Canada.

In Johnston’s defence, who would have ever thought that such would turn into a geopolitical shit show that now, is inching closer to a nuclear conflict with Russia?

Well, actually it was possible to infer that this wasn’t going to end with Putin apologizing for stealing 50 billions.

Any time you let a criminal like Vladimir Putin steal billions of dollars while having his finger on the second most potent nuclear arsenal, odds that it would end well are, not likely.

But what does this have to do with Mulroney and Airbus?

Let’s not invest too much stock in the fact that the guy that was instrumental in hiding 340 million dollars from the sale of my clients’ assets.

That Peter Michael Bond managed Telluride Investments IoM Ltd, the company that received part of the proceeds that eventually were transferred to Brian Mulroney through real estate deals in Telluride Colorado.

According to Stevie Cameron, Mulroney owned at least one condo in Telluride.

Then the fact that I had given the incorporation papers to the RCMP in, well, 1995.

Lets not invest ourselves to heavily in a series of coincidences just now.

Furthermore, lets not give too much credence yet, to the fact that Karheinz Schreiber and his accountant Giorgio Pelosi, were sharing offices with, you guessed it, Engelbert Schreiber Sr., as Karlheinz accountant testified in the investigation of the Ethics committee study of the Airbus allegations against Brian Mulroney.

While one coincidence seems to stack atop the other and so on, at the same time the David Johnston never dealt with the kickbacks allegations allegedly paid to Brian Mulroney, Mulroney’s law partner Yves Fortier, was the guy leading the Arbitration between Vladimir Putin and the Yukos oil shareholders screwed over by Peter Michael Bond.

Putin lost the arbitration but then won on appeal. The short story is that Putin has been a long time without his 50 billions he thought he made, but then lost, and that is now tied up again in court.

The President of Russia is no daisy, going to war with Ukraine he calculated, should be a walk in the park, after all Joe Biden’s son is a liability for the American President, he assumed that America would not get involved for fear of exposing criminal activities on the part of Hunter Biden.

That's when Putin decided that nuclear threats might work.

Maybe even let him have is fifty billions…

Only Vladimir can tell us why he really went to war with Ukraine, and no one reading this should assume that I infer that David Johnston’s incompetence led to the countless war crimes that Vladimir Putin engaged in but, Johnston is either incompetent or he, at worst, facilitated war crimes.

The day we have nuclear missiles flying above our Canadian skies, remember David Johnston.

I dedicate this post to the memory of a Pearl Harbour survivor and serviceman, Mr. Melvin Rogstad.

You were right Mel, the road to hell is paved with good intentions.

David “Short Arm” Johnston- His report coming this week…

When Stephen Harper called for a Royal Commission to investigate the dealings between Karlheinz Schreiber and Brian Mulroney,  Johnston was hired to define the terms of such inquiry after it was called.

In this case, Justin Trudeau called on David to kill the inquiry by asking Short-Arms Johnston for his self-serving political two cents…

As former Governor General of this fine country, Short-Arms Johnston was the first Governor General to be rewarded-perhaps bribed, with the job in return for a political favour, namely to keep Mulroney’s money laundering schemes out of the public purview.

As such, Short-Arms Johnston, defined the investigative product of the RCMP in the Airbus case as “well-tiled grounds”.

According to insiders at the RCMP, Johnston deliberately avoided evidence linking Mulroney to one Engelbert Schreiber Sr., a man that at the time, was being sued in New York State for having played a role in the financing of the terrorists that flew the planes into the World Trade Center and Pentagon.

That’s when I was asked to provide evidence to the CBC’s Fifth Estate in Toronto.

Short Arms’ opinion was that due to the fact that it was confirmed in Parliamentary hearings that Karlheinz Schrieber’s accountant shared office space with Engelbert Schreiber Sr, none of the RCMP’s investigation evidence developed was usable.

Even though the evidence was developed years before by both the RCMP and Kroll Canada with the assistance of its parent company Kroll Inc. of New York, according to former CEO of Kroll- Jules Kroll, the RCMP dealt with the evidence in a way that would avoid a political firestorm and accusations of terrorism against a former Prime Minister.

Today, this week to be precise, the situation is different but similar.

The fact that there are many conflicts of interests in the appointment of Short-Arms Johnston, and that the governing Liberals might have won the election because of Chinese interference in our elections, makes the whole process the equivalent of a 3 ring circus and Short-Arms, the ring master.

I sat one time with two RCMP officers of the INSET Division that assured me that they would get rid of Chretien and that I shouldn’t worry about Johnny, otherwise I would get hurt.

That was a threat and I filed a private complaint in Toronto courts against the RCMP’s Al Sheppard.

That meeting was recorded by Sheppard’s partner and pictures of me were taken.

I can’t help but wonder if Short-Arms is a shield for the Liberals of Trudeau- whom might or might not have won the election, against the RCMP’s attempts to interfere in our elections.

Either way, Short-Arms Johnston puts a new spin on arms-length standards…

Conversely, it might surprise my one reader that the RCMP might be interfering in our elections and the Conservatives of Poilievre aren’t about to complain about that.
