Did David Johnston Obstruct Justice

 

...Or was he misled by the Justice department?

No matter how you slice it, the decision of David Johnston to prevent the Oliphant Commission from investigating the circumstances in the Airbus Case, raises more questions than it answers.

At the time when Johnston was appointed, the Justice Department knew this:

.1    The payments to Brian Mulroney for his role in facilitating the purchases of aircrafts from Airbus Industries were disbursed by an individual with direct ties to terrorism financing. Engelbert Schreiber Sr., was being sued in New York State for having played a role in the financing of the 9/11 attacks. In fact this was the premise for calling for the Appointment of a Royal Commission to begin with.

.2    That The RCMP had caused for Kroll Inc. to hire the journalist that broke the Airbus story. Jock Ferguson left Der Spiegel and worked for Kroll Inc's Florida offices. Kroll Inc., which at the material times, was the parent company of Kroll Canada, a firm hired by The RCMP to investigate the payments schemes in the Airbus case.

.3    That Canadian journalist Stevie Cameron was a confidential informant of The RCMP, and as such would have related allegations that in 2003, Arthur Hailey- a client of Brian Mulroney's former tax attorney, Bruce Vercheres, was deeply depressed and suspicious that someone would get killed. Hailey went on to write a novel called "Detective" to memorialize his trials and tribulations with Mulroney's attorney, his then son-in-law, Bruce Vercheres. Cameron related in a 2007 interview with me that Arthur Hailey felt violated when Vercheres began dating Hailey's daughter whom in the past was the Vercheres' babysitter.

.4    That a complaint was filed with the Professional Standards Unit of The RCMP as well as the Office of the Commissioner and the Office of The Prime Minister in regards to  allegations of obstruction of Justice by The RCMP in the Airbus matters.

.5     That on behalf of my clients, I had advised the PMO that The RCMP and the CBC had the wrong Schreiber all along, that it appears that payments were fuelled to Brian Mulroney by an individual with ties to the financing of the 9/11 attacks, Engelbert Schreiber.

Yet Johnston would lead us to believe that after a thorough review, The Airbus investigation by The RCMP was " Well Tilled Grounds", and as such, wasn't deserving of further investigation.

The Justice Department seemingly concurred.

However on June the 22nd 2011, staffers at the Justice Department were searching the internet and read several posts I had published on Blogger.

Below is a screen grab of the application that recorded the visits as well as the relevant IP Addresses. You will notice that their first search on Google was at 13:17 on the 22nd of June 2011, with the search words "garron murder". That day, they perused the entirety of my blog.

This searched was conducted just shy of 4 years after Johnston was appointed to draft the terms of the Oliphant inquiry, and a year after the Oliphant Report.

Certainly we can appreciate the surprise of then Prime Minister Harper when Johnston torpedoed the Airbus matters, an inquiry he called specifically because of allegations of terrorism financiers involvement with a former Prime Minister.

Then again, maybe the Justice Department was investigating me, but their initial search wasn't with my name in it.

As a matter of fact, neither the Justice Department, The RCMP, The Prime Minister's Office or for that matter Brian Mulroney, ever filed any complaints against me to cease and desist, and/or filed any criminal complaints that would have alleged that what I wrote was a web of lies.

When Stevie Cameron was asked by the Chair of the Ethics Committee if she had discussed any details of her testimony with anyone, she lied and said no, although she knew that we had more than one phone conversation about the Airbus matters while the Ethics Committee was conducting hearings.

In fact, I advised her, and Harvey Cashore of the CBC, that I had reasons to believe that their lives might be in danger. Turns out it was another journalist of the CBC on the list that the Ottawa Police would find, 8 years later, in Ian Bush's apartment.

I was aware of speculation that Justice Garon had participated in an arbitration process between Brian Mulroney and the widow of his tax attorney Lynne Vercheres. In fact I had an unidentified suspect in the Garon murders and as such, I had authorized the Ottawa Police to track my posts online. I believed that the suspect had visited my blog on several occasions.

I also made them aware of the Arthur Hailey allegations and re-iterated that the manners in which Garon was killed, were identical to the circumstances in the Arthur Hailey movie of his novel, Detective.

After his arrest, Ian Bush pleaded guilty to the attempted murder of Ernest Coté, a veteran that was 101 years old at the time of the attack, but he never pleaded guilty to the triple murders.

I raised the issues later with the Ottawa Police and my one question was this; how can a guy that failed to kill one man that was 101 years old,  was however able to kill 3 much younger individuals without any sign of a struggle?

I did not get an answer but Chief Vernon White was suddenly promoted to the Senate... 

Finally, it is clear that the Justice Department and the Prime Minister knew that the call for a Royal Commission was triggered by evidence of terrorism financiers involvement in the Airbus payments to Mulroney. 

Was the Justice Department part of this private arbitration process that involved Alban Garon, because of their prior settlement with Mulroney?

That would explain why David Johnston overlook the very reason why Prime Minister Harper called for the appointment of the Royal Commission to begin with?

Harper himself was stunned and was caught stating that; whatever this guy- Johnston, is paid, it isn't enough...

David Johnston, The Untold Story And The next Idiom.

 

 

I became familiar with David Johnston when he was appointed on the advice of former Prime Minister Stephen Harper to draft the terms for what eventually would become the Oliphant Commission, the Airbus cover-up.

 

After I submitted evidence to members of the Ethics Committee that was investigating Brian Mulroney and his involvement of the purchases of Airbus Aircrafts by Air Canada, I advised the Office of Prime Minister Harper that, commissions allegedly paid to Mulroney came from an individual called Engelbert Schreiber and not Karlheinz Schreiber.

Citing a report and sources from Kroll Inc., in New York, I advised Harper that Engelbert Schreiber was being sued in New York state for having had a role in the 9/11 attacks’ financing.

Prior to these developments I had provided the American Senate with my investigative product that found Riggs Bank to have facilitated funds used to finance the 9/11 attacks and subsequently led to the resignation of George Tenet as Director of the CIA, and cause for Dr. Kissinger to recuse himself from the Co-Chair of the 9/11 Commission.

General Augusto Pinochet was arrested but later died of heart complications.

 

The testimony of Giorgio Pelosi- the accountant of Karlheinz Schreiber, in front of the Ethics Committee, confirmed the relationship between E. Schreiber, Pelosi and Karlheinz Schreiber.

Pelosi and Karlheinz Schreiber shared an office with Engelbert Schreiber.

 

I told Prime Minister Harper that Mulroney had received commissions from individuals directly involved in the financing of the 9/11 attacks.

Strangely enough no one asked for supporting evidence. I guess they already knew that…

 

In the following 24 hours, at an impromptu press conference, Harper made Brian Mulroney a person-non-grata and, called for the appointment of a Royal Commission to investigate the matters.

 

David Johnston- a former advisor to Mulroney, eventually and famously declared that the Airbus case was “well tilled grounds” and that he saw no need to investigate that matter. 

 

At the time I was 16 years into a contract with minority shareholders of a Canadian public company, whom had 340 million dollars US stolen from the treasury of their company.

My job was to follow the money and, that is when we came across the Airbus circumstances. Through an Isle of Man Registrar of companies’ agent, we were volunteered information simply because of the fact that I was Canadian.

 

It wasn’t until I got in contact with Stevie Cameron that we realized that some forms of payment to Mulroney in the Airbus case, were made through real estate transactions controlled by an Isle of Man limited corporation called Telluride Ltd.

Cameron stated that Mulroney had a condo in Telluride Colorado.

 

Yet this yahoo that is Johnston, thought that the Airbus case was compost.

 

Several years later another group of Canadian investors were swindled through the same structures, of more than $500 million.

 

Before the appointment of Justice Oliphant or the appointment of Johnston, the retired judge that oversaw the settlement between Mulroney and his former lawyer’s wife, was murdered along with his wife and a neighbour. 

In a conversation with the famous author of the Book Airport, Arthur Hailey, I asked Stevie Cameron about his new novel and movie Detective, more precisely how it seemed to have predicted the manners of the murders of Justice Garon, his wife and their neighbour.

Arthur Hailey was deceased in 2004, the movie detective was released in 2005 and, the Garon murders occurred in 2007, yet somehow Hailey had figured out whom would be killed and how. 

Just like in the movie, there were no signs of a struggle at the crime scene and the Ottawa Police never acknowledged that music was playing loudly at the time the bodies were discovered.

Ian Bush, the man arrested for the murders, had been found to have attacked a 90 + year old veteran in his home Ernest Côté.

Bush was found guilty of the unsuccessful murder of an old man, but somehow was able to kill 3 seniors, 20 years the junior of Ernest Côté...

All of that without as much as breaking a lamp or any sign of any kind of struggle.

Hailey told me that he was a client of Bruce Vercheres- Mulroney’s former tax attorney and, the grand-father of Verchere’s twins.

I already knew that but, what surprised me is that Hailey had such a precise idea of how Justice Garon would be killed…

 

Hailey knew of the involvement of Justice Garon in the settlement between Mulroney and Vercheres’ wife.

Which begs the question as to whom the Ottawa police has in jail for the murders. I held back Hailey’s statement to me about Garon when I met with Ottawa investigators, I was expecting to follow up on the initial communication but that never happened.

 

I met with Ottawa Police investigators in Toronto and gave them a DVD of Hailey’s film.

 

Soon after, Vern White, the then police chief of the Ottawa force and, an ex-RCMP officer, a card holding Liberal no-less, was appointed to the Canadian Senate without as much as anyone asking him, less the Conservator Prime Minister Stephen Harper, whom was reported as saying that they couldn’t pay Johnston enough for the job he did…

Stevie Cameron received a cool million dollars from a fund managed by the RCMP through the University of New Brunswick. I always wondered if Hailey had ever told her of Garon’s involvement in the Mulroney/Vercheres settlement.

 

The OPP was tasked to investigate the Ottawa Police in the matters pertaining to the murder of Justice Garon and later, the Commissioner of the OPP was made a member of the Harper Cabinet…

 

In a nut shell, David Johnston never considered facts such as terrorism financing and the close ties with Mulroney in the Airbus Case, the brutal murder of a former Tax Court Chief Justice, and a slew of questionable appointments awarded to those tasked to administer the various investigations related to the Airbus case.

I know that because I had briefed the RCMP on all these matters as well as the Office of the Prime Minister.

Moreover, he completely ignored payments to key Canadian journalists including the guy that broke the story.

 

Never asked the CBC how come the Fifth Estate had the wrong Schreiber all along…

 

Now Johnston is asked to report on a case that involves Chinese involvement in the manipulation of our elections, at a time when the RCMP is grappling with balloons and the weaponization of the corona virus that gave us Covid-19 through a Winnipeg Lab.

Scientists from a Canadian lab- under threat from Chinese secret police operating in Canada, that might or might not have provided Chinese nationals with some sort of sequence of a Corona Virus that, through gain-of-function, would have been weaponized.

 

I wonder what kind of farmer idiom Johnston is going to come up with this time?

 

 

 

What is “gain-of-function” research and can it happen naturally without scientific manipulation?

Former CDC director Robert Redfield testified Wednesday the 8th of March 2023, that Dr. Anthony Fauci’s suppression of the Covid-19 lab-leak theory was “antithetical to science.”

 

Translation: Redfield thinks that Fauci lied.

 

Redfield quote:

 

“Remember this pandemic did not start in January at the seafood market — we now know that there was infections all the way back into September,” he said. “This was a narrative that was decided that they were going to say this came from the wet market and they were going to do everything they could to support it to negate any discussion of the possibility that this came from a laboratory.”

The very first sentence of that statement is absolutely irresponsible and likely self-serving, here's why.

The pandemic that “never really went away.

Taubenberger poignantly reminded us that all influenza A virus strains trace their origin to the 1918 flu—”the founder virus”—and its zoonotic jump to humans was similar to that of COVID-19.

 

Taubenberger's laboratory was the first to sequence the genome of the influenza virus that caused the 1918 pandemic, took us through the not-so-distant history of that cataclysmic global event.

Taubenberger pointing to a book written by a German doctor in 1820 that asked essentially the same questions we are asking today: “What is influenza? Where does it come from? How did it behave in the past? How can we predict future occurrence and halt spread?”

Reality is that Dr. Redfield is haphazardly accusing Fauci's NIH of funding research to determine how SARS could develop, with very little evidence, when in fact, and I can't stress this enough, IN FACT, most of the people on the planet were likely incubated with Influenza A inadvertently, generations after generations since at least 1918.

Maybe food handlers didn't adhere to cleaning protocols, fishmongers come into focus eventually.

 

But you can still float the lab theory boat all you want, it could be that a lab technician- in China, was infected and walked the virus right out the door.

But there's a guy in France that was infected before lab employees got sick in Wuhan...

One important piece of evidence is eluding reality in this theory and that is, there was no medication at that time, so how would lab employees be cured? Did they succumb from the disease?

Again, three researchers from China's Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV) sought hospital care in November 2019, but as you will read below, that is roughly two months after a fishmonger in France was infected...

 

We do know that SARS was first discovered as having had its super spreader moment in another animal market, this one, 10 hours away from Wuhan, and 16 years before...

 

If we allow a degree of ascertainment bias, we will identify the only common denominator here, and that is that SARS and Covid – 19, both initiated in animal markets that were not in close proximity of each other and in different decades.

COVID-19 is a zoonotic disease and the natural reservoir of SARS-CoV-2 seems to be bats, but is it, exclusively?

 

People working in animal markets with fish makes much more sense.

 

Moreover, it could be implied that somehow, open air animal markets workers could be intermediate reservoirs that eventually unleashes a super spreader event.

 

So, is there something in some type of fish disease that triggers the super spreader events when coming in contact with human carriers of the SARS viruses?

Redfield seems to ascertain that the virus might have been engineered- that's the gain of function theory. 

Which statement, in of itself, almost implies that someone did it on purpose, to design a new variant and with or without ulterior and nefarious motives- actually Redfield says that he doesn't believe that any dark motivation is behind the implied designs but, that executing the experience alone should not have happened.

But can someone take advantage of primary infections in individuals and trigger diseases like Covid 19 at will thereafter?

Make no mistake, I am not saying that SARS Cov2 can be or has been weaponized, however one can no longer ignore that possibility, when just about everyone on the planet has either been expose to, or are a carrier of the Coronavirus.

Vaccines that were eventually developed and vaccination strategies that were implemented, might have mitigated the spread of diseases caused by the Corona virus, but are humans still vulnerable to other diseases caused by this influenza ?

The answer is, someone knows, and unlike Dr. Redfield they aren't dropping hints.

Since the first outbreak of  SARS and MERS we have witnessed a constant improvement of transmissibility, that resulted in the disease we now call Covid 19, much akin to weapons development.

From SARS to MERS and Covid 19, there are equal amounts of development times, with MERS straddling the timeline when Covid 19 had its super spreader event.

So is Dr. Redfield threading a fine line between tanking his credibility and trying to warn people that there is more to it than meets the proverbial eye? 

In the intelligence community nobody that I talk to cares about a few employees at the Wuhan Institute of Virology and, no one believe in the leak theory, literally, no one.

On the fringe however, some look at China and wonder out loud if the Communist party found a means to control population growth, that might have exceeded their expectations and aims. For that matter it could be anyone that identifies China as a climate change problem with its bulging population.

However, the premise most are working on is, well, just as bad. The dynamics are such that if investigative products in development are leaked, speculation certainly would cause worldwide panic.

The clues that are developing now, will enable us to see the forest for the trees if we are afforded the time before the next pandemic.

Human viruses often directly and indirectly interact with bacteria. Direct interactions involve a specific bacterium or bacterial product that aids viral infection. Indirect partnerships are the result of a primary viral infection producing amenable conditions for bacterial colonization.

 

Is that the trigger.

A profile of the eccentricities of a potential suspect emerges at one point. Such beliefs held by the suspect would be based on distant history, a legend of sorts.

An equal interval of actions of war are required.

As such and because no pandemic repeated historically at regular intervals before and since the pandemic of 1918 until 2002, we can infer that the schedule of release of improved Coronavirus diseases is controlled, deliberate and on a schedule we might not have thought of.

Rational dictates that we prioritize intelligence and investigations in a manner whereas we first rule out weaponization, but the instant you have gain of function experiments, you need to look for someone.

Dr.Fauci and Dr. Redfield agree on one thing, Influenze A could be weaponized and likely was.
