Re: Conflict of interest.

 

Dear Mrs. Block.

 

I will spare you having to endure my lack of editorial skills and get right to the point.

 

I claimed that the role played by David Johnston in determining the terms of the Oliphant Commission led to a series of circumstances that eventually developed into and in part, the exasperation of the president of Russia, Vladimir Putin, and culminated into what we currently know as the war on Ukraine.

 

Our analysis is based on extensive investigation into money laundering schemes that spans the better part of 30 years, and that in part, involve former Prime Minister Brian Mulroney and his involvement in the purchase of Airbus aircrafts by Air Canada.

 

Our involvement was necessitated by the clear obstruction that the RCMP played in the case of my clients’ lost of in excess of $340 million dollars worth of assets, due to converging evidence that touched on the Airbus matters, that the RCMP attempted to suppress.

 

We have assessed that in fact, the enterprises we investigated throughout the years, have either defrauded the CRA- formerly known as Revenue Canada, investors for the benefit of organized crime, terrorism financiers and, as is the mater here, Canadian politicians of all stripes.

 

The tally is well north of $25 billion dollars.

 

I have personally infiltrated several organizations throughout the years, whether criminal, extremists and/or law firms through surrogates.

I have caused for informants to volunteer information with us at law firms such as Ogilvy, Renault and others, but never at your firm.

 

Indeed, one of your partners candidly shared with us that your firm had at least one lucrative contract with the Communication Security Establishment- The CSE, at the time you were retained and were involved in various aspects of the Airbus inquiry commission, through Mr. David Johnston.

 

At both times the CSE had a hand in the matters, through Stevie Cameron in the Airbus case and the Five Eyes group in the election interference circumstances.

 

It is clear that your firm, yourself and/or any clients you might represent, and/or act on behalf of, in any matters pertaining to any file related to any agencies of the intelligence community here in Canada and abroad, is/you/are in an apparent conflict of interests.

 

From the time I was catapulted into this mess, I was obliged to investigate the 9/11 attacks circumstances, and have since come full circle to the war in Ukraine.

 

Two catastrophic set of circumstances book-ended by your client’s involvement here in Canada, David Johnston, with your counsel.

 

It is clear to any reasonable individual, that you and your firm must recuse yourselves at once from any further involvement in any files David Johnston is implicated in.
